Slotly is a mobile app for booking appointments at a single salon. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, phone number, optional note, selected service, date and time. Your booking IDs are also stored locally on your device to show “My bookings”.
Data is used only to manage appointments, show available time slots, and notify the salon about new bookings. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data is stored on your device and in Google Firebase (Firestore) to sync bookings and available time slots. Salon settings sync to the cloud when saved in admin. The “My bookings” list is stored locally on each device.
We use Google Firebase to store and sync booking data. Calendar invitations may be sent to the salon email via a secure email service. These providers process data only to operate the app.
You may request correction or deletion of your booking by contacting the salon. In the app, you can cancel a booking yourself until 48 hours before the visit. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored booking IDs from your device.
A booking is confirmed after it is saved to the salon calendar. You can cancel it in “My bookings” until 48 hours before the visit. Slotly can add the visit to your device Calendar and send local reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before the appointment.
For questions about your data or to request deletion of a booking, please contact the salon administrator:
